First Impressions & Appearance
I'm torn about your design - One one hand I really like it, it's a great design and the header/footer is just fantastic, but on the other it's a no go for me. I think it's to dark and maybe a bit of colour would brighten up the design and make it pop up! The text in the navigation bar is a bit hard to read, maybe make it a whiter colour to make it easier to read.
Your Favicon isn't very unique to your site. Maybe incorporate some of the style into a new one, to make it more memorable of your site. The New/Old Post Icons aren't the bets in my opinion. They lack any real design skills, again maybe try to bring some of the style into it, or maybe a HN or something similar.

Site Layout
Overall, you've done pretty well in this category. It's one of the better layouts I've seen for a site. What does confuse me about this, and your site in general is the 'hybrid' part. From what I can see, you have Wrestling, Gaming and Graphics. While I can tie these three genres together loosely, I can't really see why you chose them?
As for the Layout in General, the only suggestion I can make is moving Member Introductions below Feedback and giving your Media Section a better Title. Having a Title like Movies/Music/Tv isn't the bets and doesn't look very professional either.

Statistics and Activity
For any forum, almost 40 000 posts is great, especially considering that you've narrowed your forum to a few genres, compared to a General Discussion forum or something similar. On top of your near 40 000 posts, you have 450 Members. I couldn't find a thread count so I'm going to leave that out of the equation. Crunching the numbers you get around 88 Posts per member which is alright. It's certainly not the best figure I've seen but it's no where near the worse.
It seems you have a lot of members joining and not posting. You should try to do something to get your members more active and posting more to give your a more active community.

Staff Moderation
From what I can see you have 3 Staff, all of which are admins. For a forum of your size this is over kill in my opinion. I would have thought maybe 1 Admin and 2 or 3 Moderators could handle it, and if you wanted more admins, only another one at the most. A positive of this, is that all your staff seem fairly active and interact with the community quite well.
Like any forum, yours has it's fair share of off topic posts and short posts, but I didn't notice any spam or posts that I would deem bad. This shows that the Staff are all pulling their wait and doing their jobs to quite a high quality.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
Change "You may Introduce yourself, let us know if you are leaving, and wish Birthdays to your friends in this section." to "You can introduce your self here, let us know if your taking a break and wish your friends a happy birthday in this section." (Re Worded it as it flows better.)
Change "All other games that doesn't it in other sections are discussed here." to "All other gaming discussion that doesn't fit into other boards can be found here."
I've only pointed out a few small mistakes here, and there are plenty of descriptions etc. on your forum that can be worded much better to make your forum look more professional.
