i am installing quick reply (sort of)

I am in need of some help. I am trying to install Evil's quick reply. I have it so the button shows up but when i click the quick reply button it is supposed to show the box and it doesn't. Any suggestions you can give me?

Have you uploaded all of the files that came with the MOD?

If i remember correctly it comes with a few javascript files to upload.
