I am now a cPanel Certified Technician!

Sorry for releasing so many announcements!
Yesterday I became cPanel & WHM Certified,
when I passed L1: cPanel Base Certification:Sales

That test was not exactly easy, but it wasn't too difficult.
It was the technicians test which was extremely difficult.
I failed it the first time with a score of 83% (yesterday).
You can only retake the tests once per calendar day.
And you have a total allowance of 4 attempts per test.

I passed L1: cPanel Base Certification:Sales first time yesterday.
But I failed the cPanel Base Certification::Technical exam yesterday.

However, today (one calendar day later) I retook the technical exam.
And I'm pleased (and mightily relieved) to announce I passed with 92%.

I am now officially a cPanel certified sales rep AND a certified technician.

That's what makes it so hard. You either know the stuff or you don't. I asked cPanel this very same question myself actually when I failed the exam for the first time. They say to practice on a live cPanel/WHM environment. Also if you go to https://university.cpanel.net/tech_resource.php there are some helpful bits and bobs on that page. You just have to practice (a lot!) I think. 😎

What score did you get on it?
You should try the tech one. 😉
It's much harder, but give it a go.
