I promised an article worth of a good read some weeks ago. It didn't work out and I failed. I tried really I TRIED to make it work but the people I work with didn't had time or forgot about it. It would have been so beautiful if we all the team did our best! :sad: :sad: I am very disappointed at myself but also to the people that told me they would do it.

1) As FP Reviewer have you writen most negative reviews or postive reviews ?
Answer: most of my reviews have a little bit of both, I never try to be 100% negative or 100% positive. I was more of the "tell them how it really is" kinda person.
2) What do you think a forum needs to have to function good and keep active ? As Founder or staff of some forums you must know this or have experience with it.
Answer: To function good and be a successful active website, There really isn't a way to do it. However from experience you should try and find your audience, Like if your a gaming forum find people who are interested in the current "Features" of your website. Thus they will tell their friends, Once you find your audience your pretty much in the clear.
3) As admin on TheWebTower.com what are you responsibilities and duties ? Is the promotion part that keeps the site running or something else that makes it so special ?
Answer: I was mainly hired to make sure all mods and styles and such where working on vBulletin, As I have a lot of experience using vBulletin.
4) What do you find the most important thing about a staff member ? That he/she must have.
Answer: I think that staff should be mature outgoing as their job is most likely to help the community, Also I think that every staff should know a bit about the forum software they are currently employed on.
5) If you where given the option to be a mod on a large forum (400 members - 9 000 posts) or a medium forum (100 members - 3 000 posts) Which one would it be ?
Answer: It really depends on the genre if they where both gaming, I would go with the larger forum, As I would be more motivated to do better.
6) On FP you where also in the Graphics team. Did you make allot of grapic yourself ? And what did you do most, moderate the section or posts banners, avatars, sigs that a member ask there ? Or kind of both during your time as a Graphics team there ?
Answer: As I was only on the Graphics team for a bit, I really didn't do much I just wanted a change of scenery, However yes I did make a couple graphics for people using the old FP Services.
7) What does a forum need to have for you, that you would join at once ? (Interesting topics, a goal or theme that interests you, etc ..)
Answer: I rarely join websites, But one way you can attract me to join is yes, A custom theme not used on anywhere else, Maybe even some nice and mature members.
8) How long have you been browsing forums ? And what was your first forum that you visited ?
Answer: hmm, Tough question, As I have been browsing forums since I was probably 13. But at the top of my head the first forum I ever visited was probably CodeBreakers forums, A cheating device (legal) to the PS2.
9) As founder of (We RuNn This!) What do you currently need to aim for most ? (staff, members, content, etc ...)
Answer: Well, We are not really aiming to have it be a large community really, It is just the official website for the upcoming clan nation, We plan to be playing (GameBattles) on all major games such as Halo3,MW2, And anything else which allows clans/ online.
10) And as last question. Does a forum need to be very easy manageable or hard to manage but allot of options you can use. Which one do you prefer ?
Answer: Well from a members stand point, You always want to make sure and try to make sure that any user can use your website and or forums easy. From a staff's stand point it all depends on your smarts, Some like challenging and some don't.
