I just found out something i should have found out LONG ago! 🙂

I wonder if you found out about this yet, but this board have 2 different themes/styles. Check the other one out!

User CP-->Board Preferences-->Find the "My board style:" option, change it accordingly-->Hit Save

What do you think? FP1 or FPX is better?
 
Never knew that until now, good job finding this out. And in my opinion, both of them are very good. But, I prefer FPX more than FP1, because, the colors are much lighter, and the texts are much bigger. Would've been better if the administrators, made or installed more styles.

The admins have given a few reasons as to why they won't. The main one is the MOD hassle. If you do one, then you have to do the others so it becomes a major hassle and time consuming matter.
 
I rather both skins for different reasons.

FPX- Best looking skin, but covered in ads.
FP1- Looks not bad, and hardly no ads.
 
I have to disagree Tayne. Ads make the board much "nicer" 😀
 
knew that since long. and i am using FPX because it is better to look on.
 
I know there is another theme. I used it for a few days when the lighter theme had snow on it 😛

I'm using FP1, I prefer the darker style, it has less ads, and just looks prettier in my eyes 🙂

(And I already knew this 😛 )
 
I knew this already, I just have never bothered with the other theme. I am happy with FPX.
