I don`t know what to do

I lost Pokemon Universe, PMF is dying, and my new forum Planet Pokemon is becoming fail. I need help on promoting. I have tried many things that don`t work.

Packages: You just have people sign up and post then they leave forever. Not very helpful.

Services that involve puting your Forum in certain areas of the promotion forum: Not helpful at all. People look at it but never even click the link/banner.

Basic Promotion: You post your Forum, you get negative comments, nobody joins, and your topic gets bumped down.

Exchanges: They suck unless its active/active wich i can`t do.

So is there any other ways that I can Promote My Forum. Right now I`m really low on FP Cash.

I would suggest that the first thing your forum needs is its own TLD domain name. Sorry, I don't mean to sound harsh but your forum could probably do with some small improvements to make it more appealing to potential members, before you start promoting it.

The initial improvements I'd suggest are as follows;

Reduce the number of forums you have, so that individual forums have more posts and your site appears busier
Reduce the size of the shoutbox at the top of your forums.

Fergal is correct, but to be honest get co.cc because no point in paying for something that is most likely become a fail in your opinion. Try looking for some big site's that are willing to offer free advertisement space and just promote about, perhap's not many people revolve around PokeMon so try something new if worst comes to worst.

Basically do what they said. Advertise more and more. Join big pokemon sites and put your link there.
