I have had a lot of different guests on my forums, most of them are Pokemon fans, but none of them join. I don't know if it is they way it looks or not, but can I get some layout/design feedback from anyone?

It isn't exactly the layout, it is fine enough. It is mostly the fact that there are no topics on the forum.
