I forgot how stressful designing for phpBB really is. I mean back in the day it was fine but trying to get your forum to look like your website is so much hassle. The thing that really annoys me is the fact that even on Internet Explorer my website works and looks fine but it's a contant battle trying to get the forum style working in Safari (my browser that I use all the time).

Safari despite not being used by many has fantastic CSS support and displays pretty much everything without issues. I'm starting to think that the standard phpBB styling is just not done correctly and is more complex than it actually needs to be... :roll:

I love Safari, and will be switching back Monday. I hope you get it worked out.

I used to use Safari but it took me a while to startup which is why i switched back to chrome, its faster for me and still has some developer tools for me to use.

Good luck with your phpBB template design, are you going to be implementing that with your website? That'd be pretty cool. I've always wanted to style a phpbb and mybb forum never got around it though... yet 😛

You forum looks pretty good right now Dan, some adjustment to the .forabg and it should look even better.

Cheers, I had a lot of trouble with it but I've pretty much finished and I might think about changing the blue like you said on the forums although there is blue on the header so having it on the forum rows, to me looks alright.

I'll think about it. Finally succeeded 🙂
