Good lord! Their source code is a mess! I would not trust them. If you click on the PayPal button, you will see that the money is being sent to a personal account and the website listed is AutoBacklinks.co.cc
They are more then likely taking you money and running.
I don't even like the looks of that site. I started looking around and my first thought was "what in the heck is this?" I've used backlink sites before, free ones mostly, and even those were a heck of a lot easier to deal with than that! Honestly, I would use something a tad more trustworthy than that! Actually, make that a LOT more trustworthy than that...because looking at the site and reading replies was enough to make me suspicious enough not to even try it.
I'd be careful with any sort of site that offers to get you listed on a lot of sites... Sure they might list your site on a lot of sites, but athey probably aren't worth really being mentioned on (because they're probably just spam sites). So they'll likely hurt your ranking with Google or other search engines more than help it.
A better idea might be to use FP's link exchange to try to get some affiliates or even do a few post exchanges (and put your link in your sig. Though you should check their rules before doing it just to be certain since some sites may not allow advertising in signatures.)
