I can't be the only one. When I'm browsing on my phone, I'll go into browser settings and set it to desktop view. I don't care if things are smaller, I like the full functionality. Anyone else the same?

I also hate using websites for the same reason on my phone. If the site drastically changes for mobile view, I hate having to have extra viewing time trying to figure out what is what on mobile view.

If you had that option to do so hahaha - But I rather not have it set to desktop on my phone

I can do more on a cellphone than I thought. For instance, I can use the admin area and change some things easily (with XenForo) on a cellphone. However, cPanel is difficult unless the cPanel app is installed. Well, not sure, I need to test it out.

I have a hard time surfing the web on my phone. Everything is slow to load on it, so I prefer to just use my pc.

I'd far rather use a dedicated app on an smart device than a browser but when it comes for forums there are virtually no dedicated apps.

I like mobile webpages. The vast majority of my time spent online is via mobile, and it's such a pain to look at websites that haven't been optimized.

I use my phone when I have no other option, but I rather to use my pc to be on forums.

I'm with you. I've noticed that there are things on the PC version that I just can't find on mobile. Is it by design on purpose? Or just that it's not capable of offering everything.

I understand that sentiment but for me optimized pages are a pain to look at as are dedicated apps. Dedicated apps are just optimized browsers essentially that focus on one site.

Just give me a desktop mode and I'm happy, even if I have to zoom in. Lol

When I have no other choice but to use my mobile to browse forums or websites if I am say out of the house or away from my PC, I don't mind doing it but I will admit I do prefer to be on my PC to do so.

Browsing forums though doesn't seem to be too bad if I am honest on my phone.

Nowadays most should ahve that support even if it doesn't what makes that site not have it
