I have 1000 urls and I want to see which ones actually have traffic

I just recently gathered a list of about 1000 websites and I'm looking to sort out the low traffic ones (less than 5000 visits/month) from the good ones.

Can anyone recommend me any software or website that could do that instantly?

I'm sure there is some WordPress plugin to do it if blogs are what you have. If it's forums, you'd have to check out plugins etc.. , but there may not be one for certain platforms. In the case of websites, I'm sure there is some script out there you can buy. Note, if all else fails, you can hire a reputable programmer to make a program for you.
