I have a brillent idea to start a site/forum!!!!

Well,I've been wondering where to post this,and decided to post it here.
I'm thinking of making a site/forum that host GFX battles between sites(ya sites)
So this is how I plan it to work:
Each site can create a club that represent their site(the owner of the site have to approve the club)
Then,sites could battle against each other with their GFX skills
Of course,1vs1 battle is still allowed,so basically,I wanna make a GFX site/forum.
And this forum/site is basically the host of the battle between....sites.

But I have a problem,I don't know codding,my GFX lvl isnt that great,
I don't know how to update sites,add spambot counter measures,I don't
Even know which software/host to use.(I don't have money to start a domain either)
So basically,I know nothing about making a site ._.

So I hope some awesome people that would help me to make this forum/site from the start,
Which means a awesome adminisitrator is needed to even start this.
Someone superb awesome with GFX is also need for the site design.

I hope someone would support my idea,since I think it's pretty gd myself(perhaps it's just me)

Well i can help you in this. I know everything about forums (especially Phpbb) and i am working on my new custom style (which you can see here http://promotion4all.co.cc/test/phpBB3. I can have the host but can get a domain. So what ya think?

I personally don't think there is enough people that would be into this to get the forum active. Although it is a decent idea.

Well,its just like a GFX site,but,it 'special feature' is the 'World tournament'
for the other sites to fight against each other with their GFX skills.
