So, all of my admins I trust. All the devs I just give admin power, but I'm worried about future admins. Should I make a group called "Developers" with only moderator powers and put all of them in it? Or would that be too insulting? Please help me decide.

Re: I have a hard ecision to make.

I wouldn't make them an administrator if you don't trust them , you need a team that is trustworthy active and reliable to help your site grow .

Re: I have a hard ecision to make.

I do trust these ones though. I'm just unsure about maybe picking up a "bad apple" in the future.

OK? you only have 29 memberx. Why are you handing out admins and mods positions to so many.

If you're handing them out, to you guarantee your forum it'll be active, that may be the wrong move.

I just don't see why you need so much staff, with a small member count. And I'm sure all 29 members aren't active daily.

You need to be more decisive, and not impulsive, when adding more staff.

Re: I have a hard ecision to make.

That explains why there are so many, if they are developers, put them in the developer group, that is what they are afterall. Have your Admins either yourself and project leaders or Team Leaders (depend son how you are structuring your team for the developing process of the game). I wouldn't give all developers Admin access though, due to some developers leaving through development etc.

I would never recommend giving out admin permissions to more then a couple of people unless your forum is very big. The more admins you have the more problems you have and the more chance you have of your forum being hyjacked and ruined.

Truthfully Mastermind,

Devs should probably just be moderators with me at your site. If we get BIGGER, then I'm pretty certain it'd be okay for your Devs to be Admins. They are the ones who'll be sticking with you the most of course (save for oZone, unfortunately). For now, I'd just say make a group and give them Mod powers for now.

The less admins the better imo, better one co-admin you trust completely, the others could have mod access

You should be the only admin yourself. Don't have anybody else be an admin, not even your "friend," otherwise you can run into some pretty sticky situations.
