I Loved You (Poem)

I Just got dumped so decided to write this 🙁

I loved you but now you’re gone
My life revolved around your love.
I gave the world and only asked for love
But now that’s gone and lost.

It has been a while since I was single
The world seems strange without you.
I would do anything
Just to hold you in my arms again.

I know you moved on
You will replace me in a second.
But I cannot do the same
You were my heaven.

I may find someone else
Heck why not? I am young.
But I will always have a place for you
Until I die right in my heart.

I loved you like you were the world itself
Life is different without you.
I want to sit and cry
But I will not let myself

Look like you hurt me.
Baby I will move on
Forget about the hurt
Or will I?

Life is nothing without you
I never wanted to loose you.
We used to talk about our future
And kids that we would have

Now all of that has changed
Just in one day.
Today was my Friday the 13th
And so will be every other day

On which I do not get to call you mine.
The sun shined brighter with you
My heart shines like that sun
But now my heart is coloured grey.

We got to a point where we were not talking at all and she decided to end it.

I will just will take time. She has been in my life for a while so it takes a while to get used to it.

The poem conveys a very sad message, though it is nice of you not to have hard feelings for her~ I hope you will be able to sort things out one day and move on.

I dont want to sound mean, but the poem didn't sound sincere and had no flow to it. Seemed choppy & quickly written.

To be fair it kind of was. It was a spur of the moment feelings put into a poem sort of thing.
