I need a host

Hey guys,

I just reached my bandwidth quota on my current host, and I could use a new one. I'm looking for a free host with like 10 gb bandwidth and like 500mb disk space. I'm open to other amounts though, so if you have anything else let me know. I currently have a WordPress blog set up, and i'd like to transfer all of that to the new host, so if I could get help doing that it'd be greatly appreciated.
