Just google "Random Banner Script" or for a more efficient way and using a great, trusted and recommended script by me, you can use Spyka's one, which can be found @ http://www.spyka.net/scripts/javascript ... er-rotator 😉.

Dude, too many promotion forums these days, better sticking to something unique that there ain't many off!
Try thinking your forum through before creating it and think off unique names and forums names/descriptions to write. 😉
