I need to create a site that no one has thought up yet, like my Mario Kart Site, Speeders Oasis, I'm stupid that I didn't realize that I can't compete with way larger competitors like mariokartwii.com. I need to think up something that no one has thought up yet, and that is almost impossible.

Look for a niche that attracts you, And try different keywords.
Your signature says your good with marketing on Ebay, Why not make a board about that?
Im sure alot of people would enyoy discussing money making using Ebay.
There are hundreds of unique site ideas out there, although the problem is the good ones have already been done, and have been established for many years - like you say it's hard to compete against them.
Unique and successful site ideas are always going to be few and far between. I'm in the process of coding my personal site which will showcase tutorials and my portfolio etc, I guess if you get really stuck you could create a personal site sharing eBay tips etc...?
I'm running a forum which has been done a thousand times over: The Writers' Forum. However I advertised in places that the other, larger, writers' forums didn't, so I got over 400 members right now. I'm happy.
You just need to reach your audience a little better. That's all.
