I need idea for Web Surf. Should I turn it into a phpBB3 forum or should I keep it as a site? I get busy and don't have time for the site.

Howsabout a kick up the .....

Joking aside bud only you can make that decision.

Do what is best for you.

Why stick to phpbb unless that is the forum package you are more used too.

Well, I use Joomla for HTML type things but typing a page up is taking longer than it used to.

If you dont know HTML, go learn it, it is for the best, it is a suggestion not flame.

 If I didn't know it I wouldn't have set the site up in the first place... Nice 'suggestion' though.

It was a suggestion, but if you knew HTML you would not have used Joomla :great:

Haha. Do you think it sucks? I think that sometimes.

Well, they are only built to store and output information, if you coded your website yourself it would be a helluva lot more flexible

I had it like that as it was easier with the userbase. I am currently battling between MyBB and phpBB3.

It all depends on what level you think you are at coding, phpBB is a lot better if you are more advanced, MyBB is better for less experienced.

I think I will try MyBB. It has a pretty cool theme & I'm advanced at coding but don't have time to be installing MODs at another forum.

Zak, if you don't have time for a normal content site it's unlikely that you will have time for a forum. Forums take up a lot more of your time, because of how you need to manage users and stimulate discussions.
