I believe either last weekend I re-promoted my blog/forum on the various promotion forums on Fowler's sticky link. I've been making "content" over the past 2 weeks on the blog.
I keep a tabs on my google analytics. I've noticed that over the past 2 weeks, the analytics has decreased. I'm now down to 10 visits a day.
What can I do to re-increase my blog's visits?
(I don't have any money right now so all methods will have to be free. I've made sure to implement SEO on my blog pages and I have a xml-sitemap for the search engines).
Try and find other blogs and such as the same niche as your blog and attemt to affiliate with the owner of that site.
Making sure your link is in your sig to other sites with the same niche is always helpful.
Good SERP's is always a handy thing to have, making sure your content is fresh and keywork rich and making sure your promotion campaign is with the right keywords you want.
Asking to make guest posts on a bigger blog and include your link in your "about the author" block. 🙂

Earth Be Lost has given you some great advice. As a first step I'd suggest finding blogs in a similar niche (preferably but not necessarily ones who's comments are do follow) and start commenting on them with links back to your site. Make sure your comments are of good quality and non-spammy.
If you make good quality comments, the blog owner will notice them and you will have a better chance of them accepting a guest post from you, that links back to your site. You might find the video posts on http://guestblogging.com/ particularly helpful.
