I have no issues with them, though they are going through a difficult time at the moment. Talking to some of their staff members the problems with the servers are not their fault, rather that of the hosting company, but an no-one else knows this they're not going to be cut any slack.

They talk to me, not the other way round. I just ask hows it going and I get told the servers are damn near screwed.
