I would join right now as the FP community needs a Simpsons forum but I really don't like Forumotion, nonetheless it looks like you've put a lot of good effort into the forum and the banner looks nice as well, I wish you well with it :great:
The only thing people don't like about forumotion is the fact that the forum will never make any money and you will never have access to the database.
That being said, the theme of the site looks pretty good. I would look for a new banner that is a bit smaller. Seems like it takes up a good chunk of the page. I also think you have too many forums to start out with. I would try to use the category titles as forums, and everything else as subforums. Then when you get bigger you can spread it out. I like the image that you used for the new post icons. Looks good. Best of luck to you.
I can resize the banner no problem, I did all the graphics for the site myself.
It doesn't concern me that I can't make money from it, that was never my intention and never will be. It's pointless me having access to the data base, I've never been any good at coding or html, it confuses the heck out of me hence the use of forumotion in the first place :lol:
You need to get rid of that "FREE FORUM" bit in your description. Go to General, then search engines, and erase it from your title and description. It will give a more professional image.
