Hey, So I created this tutorial about two years, ago on an old graphics website I had. It's not that bad, and easily understandable, even though I would do it 200x better now. But it is easy to go through, images provided.

I created this in Photoshop CS2, but any other Photoshop should work as well.

I started out with a 400x125. 72 resolution, and RGB Color at 8 bit.

First off, fill your background will all black.

Then change to white, and create the text you want, make sure it's only ONE LINE so you can see all of the ice in the graphic. The font I used is Copperplate Gothic Bold.

After that, goto Image>Rotate Canvas>90 CW.

CLICK FOR IMAGE!

Now goto Filter>Stylize>Wind and after you do it once, do it one more time.

Then Image>Rotate Canvas>90 CWW.

Right click on you text layer and click Blending Options. A new window should pop up.

CLICK FOR IMAGE!

Click on Inner Shadow and make sure it's Checked (check marked). Click a bluish color, I used #0096ff. And click Ok.

Next do, Outer Glow, and click a bit darker blue, I used #0060ff for this one, 100% Opacity.

After that I do Bevel and Emboss, using Inner Bevel and Smooth as options. Along with that do Contour, range 50%. Texture is the big one you NEED to do, I did Bubbles 100 Scale, +100 Depth.

Then do Satin, 50% Opacity, #0066ff.

Then Color Overlay, #00deff, Opacity 100%.

And that's it! Here's what my turnout is, it's always different becuase I change my colors!
