ICT Job Search Site

I was think of an Idea of creating a Job Search Site just for ICT jobs. The idea is just focus on ICT job which has a better filtering to help people find the right ICT jobs compared to the generic job sites filtering system. For example I hardly see any web hosting jobs on sites like seek and trademe (NZ Equivalent).

I want to know what you guys think.

Most people here in New Zealand seem to go for big companies to do their web development things, so they're usually not on Seek or Trademe but are popular companies around the country.

Seek and Trademe though are pretty good for general technology jobs though, but for webmaster stuff there isn't a massive amount of things because it would be outsourced or be someone inside of the company and probably rarely look for someone.

A lot of webmaster stuff is outsourced on freelance sites, generally offshore to places like India where you can hire highly skilled workers for a lot less.

Thanks for the feedback.
It just an idea and it doesn't have to be limited to New Zealand. For example Seek is Australia Owned I think. The idea is help people find ICT jobs and is not to replacing or cloning Freelance sites. More or less similar to sites like Seek, Trade Me, Wheedle but only focusing ICT Jobs. I could ramble on but trying to keep it short to the point.

Any suggestions would be great.

There are many website that provide online free jobs. It depends on your skills. Sites are: freelance, odesk etc.

What I am trying to do is create a standard by giving more control to the job searcher and the employer. It's not only a job search board but also recruitment system.
