A custom theme would do good, especially if it matched your website, that would show that you are here to stay really.

Other than that, not a lot of good forum hosts out there, so good luck, hope you make smart business decisions!

One of our staff members is working on a custom theme now 🙂

And thanks, we will always make smart decisions and usually will ask for the communities opinions before making them. We are here for you, not just to be here.

Don't have a forum through you cause I already have another host, but spend some time on your forum. Nice place!

I think it would be beneficial if you could have some basic themes preloaded so it would be easier for new users to have some themes to have activated easy.
