Ideal number of staff

Hi

So what should be the ideal number of staff on a gfx forum? Currently i have:

2 mods
1 graphic designer

2 more graphic designer requests.

My forum currently has 61 members ... What do you guys think what are the number of ideal staff I should have?

I think that's fine, it also depends on how many graphics are being requested.

Well it all depends on how active the forum is,what it all covers,and things like if they are from all over the world.

I always say no more then 5 of anything is fine 🙂.

I think he means together? I'd keep an eye on the ratio of 'Staff : Active members', then you should be fine.

Keep it minimum. You don't want too much power for people.

3 graphics members I would say you needed and 2 mods.
