Ideas and Services?

Hey, right well basically I want to add something to my site that makes it unique and also active. I want some services on my site such as reviews and maybe adverts and all that... but what do you think I can do to boost up activity on my forum?

My forum is here: http://www.xplozion.co.uk/forum/ - Has general discussion forums but I think it can easily fit services along side it. Any ideas that anyone has to offer?

You can do affiliate exchanges, add a link to your signature every time you do a post exchange, just promote more...
