There will be people who are lucky and many who are not. Activity doesn't grow on trees nor does it have to come. I think on a general basis, you need to provide topics for users and unique services.
How have you tried to advertise your forum? I see that you have no forum signature or no profile filled out, so that suggests to me you haven't done any promoting of a serious nature. Why not add your link to your signature and get people noticing your site through exchanges in the short term?
You need to provide people with a purpose to join your forum. Why would people want to join your forum? What does it have to offer? Why would I join your forum when I am a member at ForumPromotion.net?
I also noticed many spelling and grammatical errors on your forum. Simple errors such as the world "graphics" can make a huge difference. Sure it won't bring you posts, but it limits the potentiality for people to join.
Do consider these points, answer some questions so we can help.

Yes,we our currently working on getting some members to join and gaining our traffic hopefully the forum will be active as will you can also help us by going to Feedback forum Sending Me or another Administrator a PM i will be hosted some contest to help our traffic grow bigger and Better!

Dear Fellow Members ,We have now updated our theme with better grpahics such as our homepage and also new Icons New Topic and New Post button we have more grpahics we will still need to add a background a graphic dessginer is currently doing this for us we hopefully we will have this Done and added this weekend
