You can take a look at my forum, which is in my signature, and you can use not only the board order but you can take the descriptions, too if you need or you can use them as a template and re-word them if you'd like.
Not sure about the ranks, though, mine are standard.
Just make sure you have a really good looking theme. It will help with attracting people. I mention this because most gaming forum themes look awful. Simplicity is the key.
