I need ideas, big or small it doesn't matter.

Go check out the website, see what it's about what we offer, etc and then just tell me anything you would like to see there or that would benefit the community, be it new tools, other things like how there is a directory, etc.

I am more then willing to do any kind of custom scripts that I will need.

I am also more then willing to donate some FP to anyone who gives me an idea I will use.

Forum of the month/week plugin. I know there is signature of the month/week plugin on mybb.com, you could easily modify it to become a plugin that allows a forum that has won the most battles gets their forum displayed there for the following month, until the next forum wins.
