When I bring my site out. I'll be doing a £100 comparison and I'm just looking for ideas. Should I give £100 money or something that cost £100?

What is the focus of your forum? Is it the link in your sig?
If your site is quite specific, then a relevant prize might be a good idea. But if its a more open community then cash might be a better prize. (If it is a help forum, i think cash would be more fitting)

The link ain't in my sig. I've not yet finish the site so ain't giving any one it untill it's all done and ready.

It's a site just about games. It's where people can talk about games, consoles and ask for hep on games.

I was thinking of maybe the person why wins can pick as many games they want up to £100 or something like that.

If it's video game related, a game would be better. Just let them choose which one they'd like.

Money works too as they can buy what ever they please including a game 😀

Try asking some people if they would sponsor a prize, e.g a game from a large gaming site or store. I recently had an author agree to post a copy of his book to the winner of a contest I ran.

Think of things that might be valued by your members, but that wouldn't cost you anything - e.g. member of the month.
