Ideas for My Social Network (Commnnuity Think?)

I have come across A few ideas on a Social network that im planning on creating tells me what you think about these ideas (I only take constructive critism please!! To help me improve)

Main ideas

Social Live Talking: Users can talk about anything this feature will work on Phone/Smartphone, PC & DSI Devices

Social Live Video: Users can talk face to face with there PC, Iphone/Smart or even Nintendo DSi

Offcourse A Wall (But Improved) you can use many commands such as the /kiss or /punch command when you do the command it will display Account Name has sent you a kiss


Im getting money in the six few months so I can cover the costs of the vps servers and domain etc (leave this to me)


(DO NOT STEAL THESE IDEAS)
And many more….

Tell me what you think so far how I can improve before I start development

The Social Talking is not

But Social Live Video I think is in kondoot but im making my version unique
And most social networking needs a wall

Were you can have a wall when you have talking to someone in a video (Its like commenting on the recorded video)

Another idea that a friend said (i may not take her idea) is Were all singers offical pages are on intead of going to all diffrrent sites

And im going to move my forum Nintendo Addict from Mybb ro phpbb so i can learn more php why i install mods (phpbb is better for a nintendo forum)

To be honest, I do not want to see you create this site and waste all of your time.

I am telling you now, that it probably won't end up being like facebook, myspace or Google +. Those social networks are already set in place and nobody else really wants to go on any other ones.

Also, just cause you put a forum software on php, does not mean you will learn php. When you install mods, it gives you the codes already.

Not really. All the young kids are using it.

I am telling you, this will waste so much of your time. Why not stick to one idea and modify that. Buy a domain for the Nintendo forum.

No one likes change. Stick to the basics but make them your own. Myspace is dead. Why? Because they changed. Google + is still iffy. Why? Lots of new strange things. Social Networking administration requires you to understand social (people). No one likes change, whether they say they do or not.

This is complicated i do need to think of a idea thats going to be great
but http://konddot.com got 25,00 users in 2 weeks they only open a few weeks ago

(im looking into hosting a huge site or forum atleast this is a dream)

Social Live Talking:
Already done by Skype. And it can't be done just be coding. You will need to master techniques such as VOIP, Encryption, Peer to peer, etc. Skype is an organization doing it, not a single one.

Social Live Video:
A VPS can't handle the load those streams would create. And its more harder to create than the live talking you mentioned above.

Wall:
This is only possible thing out of your ideas. but its not unique as facebook already has it.

When i used to play a game, my bro told me it is better to have one account level 150 than having 4 accounts each level 50 (the game used to get much harder from this point)... but if you add them up you get 200 😵... it's just like that.

Get your forum to at least 200 posts per day then do other projects.
I'm not saying stop advertising at 200p/day i just said expand from there.

Right now if you opened your social network i wouldn't join, why?
Because i don't feel you're committed.
What if you changed your forum to a sport forum overnight then the next night you change it to a promotion forum then a general discussion... would your members love that?
NO, people like consistency!

I wouldn't even bother joining your forum because of your crazy plans right now...
Even if it was open for years.. i don't feel like you have the commitment..

"But i do have commitment"... fine. I bet you 50$ you won't have your current forum open, with 300+ posts per day, on a paid host, with a paid domain in the next 5 years, do you take that bet?

I just fell that forums are dying The average person doesent visit them you can even ask your nabours etc

Not really. Just because people don't visit your forum doesn't mean they aren't visiting anywhere. Forum's aren't dyeing.

And your forum didn't lasted 1 year. You moved from Nintendo forum to webmaster forum to mybb multiforums hosting to webmaster forum to nintendo again.

As yehya said, just stay commited to what you are doing now.
