Microsoft themselves said that any Windows apart from Windows 8, 8.1 and 10 is unsecure (not including enterprise and server versions), here's one of hundreds of articles you can find on it 😉

I thought Windows 7 was secure, I know it's Microsoft support has ended but all of it's updates and whatnot end until 2020, when Windows 7 reaches it's end of life.

This is true, but Windows 7 doesn't have the exploit mitigations and system-wide SmartScreen that Windows 8, 8.1 and 10 has. They do want people to upgrade to Windows 10 for a number of reasons, some aren't that good 😕

Yes, despite the Operating Systems being secure in the era they were developed and released in, in todays modern time, they can be insecure.

Now that <Windows 8 have reached EOL, they are vulnerable and at risk.

Microsoft warns Users that runs OS 7 is dangerously insecure in 2017 @Tornado @Packie So that is why @Princess MeowsePad is going back to time, might follow behind

Windows 8 has, but you can upgrade to Windows 8.1 through Windows Update so if people have updated on Automatic (the default and reccomended setting) people probably already have it 😛
