Could a link farm, scraper blog, content farm, or virus website using a free website template I made with a backlink which is dofollow negatively affect my search rankings, or is Google, Bing, and Yahoo smart enough to not punish the template makers link on the website of a poor website like a link farm, scraper blog, content farm, or virus site.
What will happen to a search ranking of a template makers website if the template is only used on poor quality sites with copied copyrighted content, spam, and has a link farm?
