If tinypic went down...

Just my forum images (sigs, avatars) are hosted on TP, so I can just reupload them to a new site. The more important stuff (pictures of concerts, trips, anything that doesn't have facial shots of me or my family) are on my local harddrive and on Flickr, some have even made it onto wikipedia commons.

I actually just remembered that Tinypic is owned by Photobucket. I can't foresee either one of them disappearing any time soon though.

Yea all my images are hosted on my server, and I have a back up of every image on my forum on my desktop.

Well I don't think anyone would really sit back and laugh. If you think about it a lot of people rely on sites like these for their images. I bet there are 100's of thousands if not millions of irreplaceable images hosted on these sites. Always keep a safe backup that's just rule #1 🙂

I use PB and ImageShack jointly.

But for many images I also host them on ZB.
