Well i answered my own question and its only like the 5th highest paid sport. Boxing beats it as they can earn up to $50 million/year.
 
And you can earn a lot with golf. I totally agree with you Van1lla ™, footballers are overpaid when you look at people like nurses and doctors who are saving lives. They contribute far more to society and get so much less out of it.

I don't want to say that though as I really like football 🙁
 
Surprised that there is more money in baseball, basketball and American football then there is in football :|
 
I suppose Motocross isn't really 'playing' but competing but anyway, its a sport!

Yeah but so much money is put into the sport. You have all the foreign billionaires taking over the clubs, you have all the money made from matchdays and the media. You also have the money made from TV. You get £30 million TV money from finishing 20th in the Premier League.

Football is such a big thing and for some people now it is a business, to some foreign billionaires owning a football club is just like owning a big boat or something.
 
I know, I don't think these foreign billionaires really know much about football to be honest.
 
American Football is crap. Yea right. That is one point of view. But I love it. Every sunday you will find me glued to the TV. -D-
 
I would be interested in being a baseball player too. I have always loved it.
 
Either baseball or football. Both are very fun to watch, and doing it for a living must be pretty cool too. 😛
 
probably soccer. I used to play it everyday at lunch time and after school when I was in jr high.
 
Jeeze after being on this forum pretty soon I might just say Football. You guys got me hooked on it after I started posting on these forums. -razz-
