My wife and I have talked about a coffee house, though we cam e up with a twist on it. We actually visited one in Leonardtown that was, believe it or not, also a speakeasy. They had a false bookshelf which could be rolled to the side and led to a bar they had in the back. They'd serve coffee during the day and then you'd drop in at night for a beer. Now that would be a cool place to own.
We are into organic, natural living. Organic food IS pricier so I'd love to have a restaurant that was low in cost yet high in quality where everybody could get Real Food. Preferably have our own huge garden & have the community help out.
