If you were to sell your forum

How much would you sell it for?

I'm not sure what I'd sell mine for. I don't know what would be considered expensive or cheap when it comes to buying a forum. I do, however take into consideration how set up my forum is, and that we're packing 12,000+ posts, with 5+ skins.

If I were to sell my "questionable content" toplist, i'd sell it for nothing under $100. I've packed a lot of time into it making sure it ranks well, along with building a steady userbase. It's also my first topsite, and has some value to me personally.

Edit: Should probably also say it's getting around 2k hits weekly, and has 1.5 million pageviews to the button.

If I needed to, I'd ask for about $300+, as my hosting account has a $125 credit. I wouldn't sell it unless I needed to however.

Those site value calculators are hardly ever accurate.

Nor realistic in their estimate. Days after I bought my domain it said $100. FP was sold for less than $1500 I believe.

I have sold my forum and I actually got $20 out of it on DigitalPoint there was really no activity on it anymore however it had 8k posts and some odd number of members.
