Any "forum"...hmmm...does 4chan count? It has messages and has Moderators, so it must.

They have aton of traffic, and theyre quite popular. Id love to own that site for a day, just a day.

If I could be the admin of any website period, it would be (of course) The Pirate Bay. Seeing as I love to take risks and such in my real life, like diving in front of my friends car (loooong story...) I would like the threat of being sued constantly. Plus, with over 25 million peers on at any givin point...its massive...
