I dislike it how you force members to register to see the forums as it does put people off from signing up.
 
I like it although the shout box etc do seem in odd posistion. Would look alot cleaner is IP has a cms, does it?
 
I think it will be the best for you to remove the Chat box because then people will just chat instead of posting.
