The average posts I make on a forum in one day is about 20, least 1-5 and most 50-60.
It is highly appreciated if you make posts on my forum, it does not have to be the same amount that I made on your forum. You could make one post, or 50 posts.. it doesn't really matter too much as long as you don't join and then never post because that would just be silly to join and be 0 posts poster.
Also, if I do join your forum... it would be appreciated if I could have a link to my forum in my signature on there. (Kind of like the one I have on here).
You can do the same on my forum; I also have an advertisement section as well. So feel free to use that opportunity if you decide to join and make some posts!
I will however post who do not return the favor, if they say they will. Must keep an eye out for the liars!
