Does IPS globally block protonmail e-mail addresses? I could use my gmail account.

I used a protonmail alias and it let me join their forum just now. Maybe its @proton.me that does it? Email alias with @passmail worked.

Seems to be doing the same thing for me on @Soulwatcher's site no matter if I turn my VPN on or off. Seems its showing up as a broken website. Might want to look into that, @Soulwatcher.

Maybe it's just a server hiccup. I can't post on sites that aren't VPN-friendly, though. I have to keep my VPN enabled constantly so that my ISP won't find out that I write Frozen fan fiction.

Yea, I generally keep mine on too for privacy reasons, especially as a live broadcaster. Don't want to get swatted as a "prank."

I even keep it on for games since it only seems to add like 3-4ms latency which isn't too bad since I don't play ranked or competitive.

Yep. I'm glad I'm moving to Proton's tools. Their Sentinel program I turned on of course. As well as e2ee email, drive, VPN, etc.

I tried a gmail account and it still didn't work. Clearly my IP is blocked. I could try again on my desktop later, though.

I have no idea. I really think that the main way it operates is another forum webmaster clicked "Report Spammer" on an account you created, and it get's logged over at IPS Spam service.
