Surely there's a balance somewhere that can be found.
I mean, I spend several hours per day on my computer, and I still have a life. I work fifty hours per week and spend time with my family as well. There's a balance somewhere, and I'm sure you can find it. You don't have to cut yourself off completely.

Good luck with your endeavors! I think Snobo has a valid point though. Using the computer, or the internet for that matter isn't unhealthy, but a bit of self control can go a long way. I understand what you mean though, sometimes it's good to get away from it all. 🙂
