Image rank problem

for some reason on my phpBB3 forum the rank images are blurry. I got them from Ilya in the graphics section on here. They look good on here but look really blurry on my laptop. Is it a forum issue or a pc issue?

If so they look crystal clear to me. Reset your browser's zoom level to 100% just to make sure that's not causing the problem ~smile~
