Well done, it looks great. You should probably add forum icons and perhaps show the total number of posts in each forum section. When I look at your index page it doesn't really look like a forum.

I hope you continue to work on the project and that it goes well for you.

Did you build it with PHP?
 
Great work there. No matter whether it was small, if you are dedicated to it, you can take it to new heights.

As fergal said, make threads and post count visible in Index and adjust the design so that it would look like a Forum.
 
Looks nice, good luck with it. I agree with Fergal BTW. Also, you should consider a TLD and paid hosting 😉
 
It does look nice, but I think you could make the font in the forum names, like the general chat and your other one, smaller. That's way too big for forum categories.

That's quick, have you a lot of experience with PHP and MySQL? Have you created any other exciting scripts or projects?

I just finished the login/registration systems if anyone wants to login/register.

I am now working on the CSS editor and Profile editors.
 
Yay! I've successfully registered! It'd be nice if the registration wasn't horizontal but vertical.
 
I have yet to style it haha.
But I'll try to get to it later today.
Currently posting is disabled, as I try to perfect the posting systems.
 
I actually like the feel of it. I might have you help me create a forum software for a new forum that MAY be releasing later this year.
 
My bad, I looked at a software yesterday that included copyrighted images from myBB, hmm will have to hunt it down. I thought it was this one as I found it in a forum post.
