I like the banner with the two people looking at each other; the font and the black in the banner are really nice looking.
I also like the advertisement. It seems to serve up ads that are relating to your forum, and I've seen a few that match the colors also!
I really like the skin you have. Excellent choice there.
The portal which shows your latest site news is great. It's not unorganized or cluttered, just perfect.
The board is laid out perfectly. I'm not noticing a lot of board layout issues.
Forum Cons:
I don't think you need to have a downloads area in your first Suggestion/News category. Keep that board in off topic.
I think that you should reorganize that first board, make it, News, Suggestions, Introductions.
I suggest you add some usergroup colors to liven things up. None of your staff have different color user names
Final/General Thoughts:
I'm not seeing a lot of problems at all. Your site is bound to take off if you fix those little organization issues.
Make sure to keep advertising and do a lot of exchanges; at some point I also suggest you get a domain name.
