Profile 53x16, PM 36x16, Email 48x16, Quote= 43x18, Edit= 34x18, Report/Delete= 19x18, Quick Edit= 43x18, Warn= 34x18
Type of payment: FP cash, high amount (1000 ), rep and a permanent backlink.

Colour scheme: Light Blue for Edit/Delete/Warn etc
Darker shade of blue for the others... profile/pm/email, colour does't matter.
Text Subtext on image: Already stated.
