All free orders will now be subject to manual validation by a member of the Cyber Snake team. This shouldn't take long. It is to make sure the order has been placed genuinely and in accordance with our terms and conditions. We thank you for your co-operation as we conduct essential fraud checks. We look forward to welcoming you to the Cyber Snake service. Please allow up to 15 minutes for manual validation for orders placed before 11pm UK time.
This is due to a recent attempt by a numerous number of people trying to order more than one free package under separate client accounts while giving us fake address details. We have a 256-bit SSL security certificate in place. Your details are safe with us. It is essential that you provide us with accurate details. We will have no choice, by law, but to block any orders we deem to be non-genuine.
UPDATE: Since posting this topic we've had another two orders. Both of which have been manually checked. One was automatically blocked by the fraud system. The other was passed to us for further validation...and blocked. It seems people are failing to understand that ordering through anonymous proxies, providing city names in every address field instead of a valid address, saying they live in the USA when their IP is from another country entirely...we will run a check on every order that's placed. To ensure your account gets approved please provide valid details. They are safely secured by a 256-bit SSL certificate, so there's no need to worry. And we WILL approve any genuine orders within 15 minutes if the order is placed before 11pm UK time (may take a little longer after 11pm UK time). But we cannot approve orders where people have used methods to evade the fraud system with proxies, or fake address details. We are required, by law, to request accurate information from clients. 😉
