I was thinking a transparent background for the logo, though I'm not very good with graphics so I'm not 100% sure whether it would look better or not.

I'll get to the rest in a couple days if they aren't done by then. I do have a set of blue ranks in the GDB, you can use those.

EDIT: Taken a look, they are ideal for administrator/member though new ones would be needed for parcel team, community team, V.I.P & the assessment team if possible.
