Improving my site?

A couple of quick comments.

The three large images on your site, don't appear to do anything, I'm referring to the "browse" "upload" and "share" ones. For example should the "Browse" one, not link to your public gallery page?

The border of the box around your submission form, does not display against the black background. Not a major problem, but some people might find that off putting.

It would probably be no harm to show a few sample images on your site home page, this will make it clear that you are an image hosting site and show visitors the kind of images you could use your site for.

Awesome suggestions +Rep 🙂. Thanks man. I will look to do these soon 🙂.

I'm looking to take more suggestions!

I have a suggestion on the banner.

Try either making it transparent, or getting a new one. It doesn't really match your site.

Your rules page isn't a list of rules at all, just another upload form 😛 I would start there.

If you have no seeable TOS bad things could happen.

Thanks I will add this to my to do list for the weekend 😀😀

  1. The Upload button is an uncomfortable green, perhaps a darker green to match the dark style?
  2. The red bar at the bottom has nothing on/in it. Perhaps put links down in there?
  3. The Sign in button at the top reads "Signin", should it not be "Sign in", or even "Login"?
  4. The FAQ doesn't really have much on it, it that is all that is going to be there, why not put it on another file?
Done, for now. 🙂

Your browse, upload, and share buttons are links that just link back to the homepage. Is that the way it's suppose to be?

1. Make a easy to read and get to TOS.

2. Make a simple theme. For a image host I find simplicity is needed.

3. Make it easy to use.

BIG on that.

When I go to an image hosting site, I want to get my image up ASAP so a large theme with big images slow it up, and make me want to use imageshack even more.

Okay, I think the current theme is pretty simple...
Compared to tinypic or imageshack it is complicated. Also look at your competition.

Just trying too help

Yeah, that theme has a lot going on and loads slow for me.

Yes, thank you.
I think the skin should be easy to see, without having to really use your eyes, as in a light theme, and be very simple, so the buttons and such are simple to find, and then you can upload your image and then leave.
