2. Two columns,most web sites use a two column layout,so I decided to implement two columns in this template.

3. An easily editable header ad footer.As you have probably seen before,some free templates do not have both a header and footer. Well that is not true with this template,you have both.

4. CSS/XHTML valid,with this template being CSS and XHTML valid you can bet it will work on any modern web browser.

Maybe something like: #007FFF
would look better.
